I hereby undersign that I agree with the program as stated on the 2008 TEAM website which specifies the terms and conditions of cooperation between the 2008 TEAM members and the Organization Committee, I accept this system of cooperation and I want to become a member of the 2008 TEAM. I herewith agree being sent the 2008 WFC Newsletter or other electronic messages concerning the Floorball World Championships as well as being inserted into the 2008 Team database. I also acknowledge and agree that WFC organizing body will collect and process my personal information and use it for the purposes of the event from the moment of disclosure till the termination of the event. The organizer is entitled to assign the processing of such information to a third party if necessary.
