Artists´ support of the 2008 WFC on the go
Just a few months prior to the beginning of the 7th WFC 2008, not only organizers continue with preparations but also Czech actors and singers make their contribution to the promotion of the upcoming championship. Celebrity team of Real Top Prague played its fourth exhibition game on the 2008 Czech Floorball Day to support the December´s World Championship in Ostrava and Prague. This time, in a new venue of Sparta Prague at Podvinný mlýn which will host the final games of the championship they faced the all-star team of female players.

Ladies have made it everything but easy for their more famous male opponents in the first half and raised the score continuously. However, the half-time break started a great turnaround as the celebrities won in the shoot-out matchup and later, with two Czech national team member Tomáš Sladký and Aleš Jakůbek having joined the team, the score difference began to fall.

Actor Ivan Trojan has taken the steering wheel of the Real Top Prague in the second half and loud voice of the national team patron has taken effect: it was first and foremost his fellow actor Jiří Mádl, playing with special protective glasses due to recent eye surgery and also Ota Balage, singer and composer, who have come up with a good personal performances and got to know many new friends from the ladies´ team.

It was already fourth exhibition game for the team of Real Top Prague to support the 2008 WFC so far. The first game was played during the last year´s Euro Floorball Tour tournament in Ostrava in November followed by another exhibition game within the final of December´s  ČFbU Cup in Svitavy. In February 2008 the team´s major press conference on the 2008 WFC in Prague´s O2 arena was ended by the third game played in Střešovice. Another performance of Czech cultural celebrities is planned for the final days of this year´s Fortuna Czech Open in the venue of HC Sparta Prague in Holešovice.
